• Eligibility for Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival or if an incorrect item was sent.

• Preferred Resolution: Replacement or Store Credit 

• Time Frame: Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

• Verification: Customers are required to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

• Return Process:

  • Fill out the Refund and Returns Form Below 

    • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

    • If approved, we will issue a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, preference, or any other non-defect-related reason.
